Your invitation is the first glimpse guests will have of your big day! It should encompass the style, theme, colors, and overall feeling of your entire wedding. I personally work with you every step of the process – to design a look you love to fit your ideas, to suggest color pairings, to help with wording and etiquette, and to finish assembled products with perfection. Planning a wedding can be a difficult task, but I strive to make your invitation experience a fun and easy process.

HOW IT WORKS
1. TAKE A LOOK
2. GET IN TOUCH
Fill out the Wedding Invitation Questionnaire (click to open) – this will give me an idea of what you need and allow me to provide a quote and timeline.
3. DEPOSIT + CONTRACT
I’ll send your customized quote and timeline, along with the request for $100 non-refundable deposit and contract. Review quote for correctness before making any payment! Once you sign the contract, you may send over your wording and I’ll begin working on proofs.
4. PAYMENT + APPROVAL
The remainder of your balance should be paid within 7 days to stay on track. Go over proofs and make changes/edits as necessary. Give final approval to print and send guest addresses (if applicable).
5. PRINTING + ASSEMBLY
Sit back and relax – you’ve earned it! Designs are sent to print as soon as I receive your final approval. Assembly begins immediately after and invitations ship within the timeline provided.
Fully assembled invitations are ready to be mailed – just seal the envelope, add postage, and you’re done!

Invitations are typically mailed 6-8 weeks prior to the wedding date, earlier for a destination wedding. I suggest beginning the process and reserving a spot on my calendar 8-10 weeks prior to mailing to make this as stress free as possible! Contact me with needs to get a current timeline estimate.
Timeline varies and is dependent on:
• Responsiveness to emails and payment requests
• Number of proofs needed
• Quantity and style ordered
• Number of add-ons and finishing details
• Current demand
